Is there any use case to use Elastic IP HA and Private IP HA together for a Multi-zone HA deployment in AWS ?

Following are the few cases:-

1. The deployment require the clients to be connected via Internet and also there are few client which are Within the AWS VPC or connecting to AWS via VPN.
2. We need to have monitoring device which is within AWS VPC
3. Servers need to talk back to internet

Overall, using ipset there are many combination which can be used. The simple use case would be if clients are internal and external both in those cases we can use them together without any overhead of configurations
