Jonnathan Rojas Murillo Posted February 23, 2023 Share Posted February 23, 2023 This is one of those issues for which you are better off opening a support ticket, they can walk you through the process of forcing the system to create the crash and help you with the analysis, cause even if you are able to get the crash file you will need their help for the analysis.
